Does the person scanning need the app?

No. They just scan the QR. No download, no sign-up, no phone number exchange. It opens a minimal web page with 6 quick options. Takes 10 seconds.

How do I get notified?

Instant WhatsApp message to your number. We also have SMS fallback if WhatsApp is offline. You set your number once when you activate the tag.

Is this really anonymous?

Yes. The reporter never sees your number, name, or contact. You only see the report type, time, and optional location. NDPA compliant by design.

What if someone misuses it?

Each tag has rate limiting and abuse detection. You can mute notifications for 1 hour, and we block spam patterns automatically.

Will the sticker damage my car?

Automotive-grade, weatherproof vinyl. No residue on removal. Tested for Lagos sun and Hamburg winter. Works on glass inside/outside.

What happens when I sell my car?

Deactivate in one tap. Transfer the tag or order a new one. Your old reports are deleted.

We built SHOVR for how Nigerians actually park: estate security gates, mall parking chaos, Bolt drivers double-parked, church parking, street lights off at 2am. A simple, anonymous tap is more helpful than honking.
